Our Story
Founded in 2007 by award-winning producer Michel Laurent, Hellcxase has grown from a small project studio to one of France's most respected recording facilities. Our journey has been driven by a singular passion: to create an environment where artists can bring their sonic visions to life without technical limitations.
Located in a renovated 19th-century winery outside Paris, our studio combines historic charm with cutting-edge technology. The original stone walls and wooden beams that once housed wine barrels now create naturally inspiring acoustic spaces where music flourishes.
Over the years, we've been honored to work with artists across all genres—from classical ensembles and jazz quartets to chart-topping pop stars and experimental electronic producers. Each project adds to our story and expands our musical perspective.
